Product Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product from The Lemon Life, please notify us within 2 days of receiving it. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly.

Return Procedure for Defective Products:

  1. Contact us via email at emailthelemonlife@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your product. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Any helpful pictures, if available
  2. Our support team will assess your request and guide you through the return steps, which may involve sending back the defective product.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll take appropriate action, whether it's sending you a new product or issuing a store credit for your future purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Partial Return of Products:

If you wish to return a part of your order, such as the Tblouse from the Saree-Tblouse combo:

  • You can contact us to exchange it for another Tblouse or return it at your own cost.
  • Upon return, a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued in your name for future purchases.
  • Similarly, sarees can be exchanged or returned at your own cost, and a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued in your name.
