Product Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product from The Lemon Life, please notify us within 2 days of receiving it. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly.
Return Procedure for Defective Products:
- Contact us via email at emailthelemonlife@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your product. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Any helpful pictures, if available
- Our support team will assess your request and guide you through the return steps, which may involve sending back the defective product.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll take appropriate action, whether it's sending you a new product or issuing a store credit for your future purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Partial Return of Products:
If you wish to return a part of your order, such as the Tblouse from the Saree-Tblouse combo:
- You can contact us to exchange it for another Tblouse or return it at your own cost.
- Upon return, a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued in your name for future purchases.
- Similarly, sarees can be exchanged or returned at your own cost, and a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued in your name.
